Returns & Exchanges
- Every effort is made to ensure you receive first quality premium goods!
- The Fabric Contessa does not accept any exchanges or do refunds.
- We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.
- In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly (within 10 days of purchase) contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect.
- The Fabric Contessa does not accept returns on cut meters and/or non-defective merchandise.
- If you should receive a product that is defective, we will exchange the item or refund your money at customer’s request
- If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
